- Dip a cotton pad in a cup of water overnight. Strain this in the morning and add 1 cup of plain water to this. Splash the eyes with this water or wash them with the help of an eyecup.
- Splash the eyes with a weak and very liter tea solution, thoroughly strained and cooled for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Limit your time looking at computer, tablet, and phone screens if possible.

Make sure that your eyes are level with the screen. Looking up or down at a computer screen for long periods of time can put extra strain on your eyes. Position your computer and yourself so that you are looking straight at the screen.

Follow the 20-20-20 rule when you are working on a computer. 20 minutes, look at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds. You can help yourself remember to take your breaks by setting alarms on your phone.
Winter Eye Care Tips
